• Bloomberg: The US Army has sent 10,000 AI-enabled Merops interceptor drones, originally developed for Ukraine, to the Middle East to help defend against Iranian drone attacks. 

• ABC News reported Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth approved a request from U.S. Central Command for a Marine expeditionary unit with 2,200 Marines aboard three U.S. Navy amphibious ships to be sent to the Middle East, identifying the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit primarily located in Okinawa, Japan. 

• The ships could take roughly two weeks to reach the Middle East, suggesting the war against Iran could continue into April, which would be weeks after President Donald Trump said the war was “very complete.” 
• Gaza redux: Iranian Red Crescent: 160 medical centers and 120 schools across the country were damaged due to the US-Israeli attacks. 
• Russia sent 13 tons of humanitarian medical aid to Iran after Tehran requested help due to rising civilian casualties and damage to hospitals. It includes medicines, first-aid kits and other medical supplies. 
• A Turkish female journalist reporting from Israel said an Israeli man approached her and said, “From now on, you are our next enemy. Do you know that?”
• The Wall Street Journal: Gulf allies are privately furious with Washington, blaming the US for igniting a conflict that endangers them. According to people familiar with the discussions, Trump has been calling regional leaders this week to reassure them.
