Trump deciding again: What to do about Iran war?

• Trump says US will defend Greenland as part of ‘permanent’ security deal with Denmark. The agreement, which Danish officials said is not final, stops far short of Trump’s often-stated goal of taking possession of the territory. Washington has sought to annex Greenland to control Arctic transit, secure access to critical rare-earth minerals, and counter the influence of Russia and China. 
• Israeli occupation forces demolish homes with bulldozers in Mansouri, and detonate homes in Mays al-Jabal, southern Lebanon. 

• JPMorgan says 'no end in sight' to US war on Iran as Trump breaches all economic red lines. The bank's analysts previously assumed Trump would end the war of aggression if oil and gas prices, along with US Treasury yields, rose to extreme levels, threatening an economic crisis. 

• Saudi Arabia cuts European oil allocations: Saudi’s ARAMCO has told European customers they will receive no crude allocations next month, extending supply disruptions due to Yemen’s AnsarAllah attacks on the East-West pipeline. Europe is paying the penalty price for Trump’s adventures.
• Iran's Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Major General Mohsen Rezaei, said Tehran has conveyed its conditions for resuming negotiations with the US through Qatari mediation and is awaiting Trump's response. Speaking to Al Jazeera, Rezaei said Iran's conditions include an end to the war on all fronts, the release of its frozen assets, and the lifting of the naval blockade, arguing that accepting these terms would be in Washington's interest. He added that if the conditions are not met, Iran is prepared for war, saying: "Trump's threats will achieve nothing. We are fully prepared for a decisive war."

• Ansar Allah leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi on who is really fighting Yemen: The American side has announced that it has a joint force of 200 military experts who are managing the aggressive operations in Saudi Arabia against Yemen. The Saudi enemy is fighting us with American planes that it has acquired and with bombs that it buys from America. The operations of the Saudi enemy are being run by American, Israeli, and British experts, and the foreign role is clear. Italian Defense Minister admits Yemen’s AnsarAllah destroyed an Italian F-2000A Typhoon at the Ta’if airbase in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi warplanes launched 28 airstrikes during the past 24 hours, using F-15 and Typhoon aircraft that took off from Khamis Mushait and Taif bases, targeting the governorates of Taiz, Al-Jawf, and Marib, bringing the total number of airstrikes since the start of the Saudi escalation against our country and our people to 760 airstrikes.

• As Congress faces growing pressure to regulate artificial intelligence, roughly one in five lawmakers’ households has investments in companies developing AI and supplying the infrastructure behind it, according to a Sludge analysis of congressional financial disclosures. At least 105 members of Congress have disclosed that they, their spouse, or their dependent children hold stocks or other investments in AI developers, chipmakers, cloud infrastructure providers, data center companies, and specialized AI firms, with a total value of between $75 million and $287 million. 

• Simplicius: The UK government wants us all to start preparing for severe disruption to our lives. It wants us to stockpile canned food and drinking water, strengthen our civic resilience, and plan for the possibility of war. Work has begun on the government’s so-called “war book”, which hasn’t been updated in decades. The UK’s most senior soldier has sounded the alarm. The Chief of the Defence Staff Sir Richard Knighton this week said the threat from Russia meant Britain was living through the “most dangerous” period of his 35-year career in the armed forces. Most of the stir-up happened as consequence of two European summits this past week, the NATO Military Committee Conference and Zelensky’s new “Carpathian Eight” Summit, featuring Poland’s Tusk and other leaders.  The newly coordinated psyop campaign is planned around a phony false flag which would feature Russian “hybrid attacks” on NATO’s so-called “eastern flank”. This is now the scare du jour of the moment, as European leaders desperately struggle to pull Ukraine from the fire.  

• Erdogan’s Türkiye revoked the license of one of Iran’s big banks, Mellat, after more than 4 decades of cooperation after Trump demanded Erdogan to do so. This was followed by Türkiye not allowing Iran’s Mahan Air airliner to land and also a series of disruptions at the land border crossing. It’s not a bad time to remind that Iran sheltered Erdogan during the US-backed coup against him some years ago. 

• Virtually every Western MSM publication has joined the infernal chorus of sensationalist warmongering, despite most such “attacks” being falsely attributed to Russia with Ukrainian drones or saboteurs behind it each time—a fact naturally swept under the table. Putin affirms that Europe is continually preparing for war against Russia, and correctly advises the reasons as to why—to deflect from its own poly-crises. As ever, the swelling wave of European crisis-mongering is naught but a reaction to Ukraine’s dwindling support and growing budgetary deficit. Various emergency plans have all failed, and Ukraine is again running out of ways to fund its ballooning military expenditures. 

• Sputnik: Trump signs Russia-Iran sanctions bill — up to 500% tariffs on Russian goods. Trump has signed the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 — into law, authorizing and expanding sanctions, tariffs, and prohibitions on both countries. What the bill authorizes:🔶 Tariffs of up to 100% on the 5 largest purchasers of Russian oil and natural gas, including China and India.🔶 Tariffs of up to 500% on goods of Russian origin imported directly into the US.🔶 Expanded sanctions on Iran's energy and weapons sectors. None of the measures take effect automatically — they can only be imposed at the president's discretion.

Near the corner of Otis and Park Pl NW. And the WORST part, they are handing out flyers with rewards if you turn in your neighbors. This is not fantasy...this is daily life in DC these days. You need no proof...just the desire to collect cash. In Germany in the 1940's, they instituted Paragrapgh 175. This allowed for anyone to turn in their neighbor for being gay. No proof necessary. Being accused was enough to send you to a concentration camp, that's all it took.
