Imperialism runs on predictability: when its legitimacy collapses, it chooses war. When resistance grows, it chooses repression.
This is the context we are operating in—an intensifying U.S. war drive against sovereign peoples, including Venezuela, and an intensifying domestic counterinsurgency against the colonized, the poor, and the dissenting inside the U.S. settler state. These are not separate crises. They are one system defending itself.
The Black Alliance for Peace is building organized resistance with the Black Radical Peace Tradition and a People(s)-Centered Human Rights framework as our guide. We are confronting the propaganda of “human rights” used to justify sanctions and destabilization. We are strengthening international solidarity. We are building campaigns—like the Zone of Peace in Our Americas—that meet the empire’s violence with principled opposition and organized people-power.
If you believe there can be no peace without justice, and no justice under colonial-capitalist domination, then invest in the work that makes our resistance real.
No compromise. No retreat.
