Several ecological protesters put their feet in cement near the state
palace of Istana Negara in Jakarta, Wednesday, in protest of plans by
state-owned PT Semen Indonesia to develop a new cement factory in
central Java. The nine women taking part in the protest have stated that
they will not leave the site until they are met by Indonesian President
Joko Widodo and their demands are heard.
