Toxic concentration camps for immigrants

The Trump administration plans to use two military bases in Texas—both of which have a history of problems with toxic contaminants—to house up to 32,000 migrants.

Exposure to Agent Orange at one site was the basis of litigation against the V.A.; the other base is a Superfund site.
