Fast talking Narco Rubio is getting worried that if they go to war with Iran US and Israeli troops will need greater 'missile defense' (MD) protection.
In the last 12-day war Iran obliterated Israel's Iron Dome. US deployed Patriot MD systems could not handle the job as had already been discovered in Ukraine where Russian hypersonics eviscerated the US deployed MD.
So this might be a delay tactic for an Iran attack or quite possibly he is setting up the case for a massive US-Israel first strike on Iran.
Iran has already stated that any hint of an attack on them will unleash a massive counter-strike on Israel and US bases throughout the region.
With more Epstein files being released Trump does need to change the subject.....
