Isn't it time to regulate the number of launches of orbiting satellites?
This is why every year China and Russia go to the United Nations and introduce a new treaty to ban all weapons in space. It's called PAROS (Prevention of an Arms Race in Space).
The US and Israel have been blocking the treaty for at least the last 30 years.
