Hundreds of activists gathered on Tuesday in front of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) headquarters in Quezon City, a suburb of Manila, to protest against a series of Philippines-U.S. joint military exercises launched the same day.
✊ BAYAN USA is hosting "Shoulder to Shoulder in Solidarity: A Teach-in on US Militarism in the Philippines" to mark the start of the Balikatan Exercises, joint military exercises between the US, Australia and the Philippines.
