Bruce Gagnon and Rev. Bill Bliss discuss their recent Global Network study tour to Russia. Bill studied Russian in high school and has a life-long interest in the country.

Bill was the first guest on This Issue when the public access show began in 2003.  This edition of the show was the 150th during the 16 years it has been on TV across the state - now airing in 17 communities in Maine.
