F-35, a new American fighter jet with cutting edge technical
characteristics, was to enter service this year but the date of release
is uncertain after a serious technical glitch was revealed.
The engines for this boondoggle plane are made at Pratt-Whitney in North Berwick, Maine.

Hi Bruce, where you being sarcastic when you said cutting edge. The most cutting edge part of this plane is is supply chain in every congressional district and its marketing plan.
This is the plane the Pentagon is pressuring to use to replace the fabulous A10. Even four years from now if they can make the gun fire it only holds 185 rounds. You can buy AK47 with more capacity.
