Africa's Resources Result in Heavy Militarization



China is deploying its troops to their first overseas base in Djibouti, a small east African country already hosts troops from several foreign powers. RT’s Emily Sue has more on the troop deployment and what it means for China.

Ultimately it is a signal that China is challenging the U.S.'s 'full spectrum dominance' in the region.
