Not at all surprising to see this very important report. The US-NATO war project in Ukraine promises the psychopathic leaders in Kiev that they will get rich if they just push the bloody war against people in the Donbass (eastern Ukraine).
This is how the imperial system works - find some low life scoundrels and make them rich if they carry out the blood letting on behalf of corporate capitalism. And then of course blame it all on Putin! Works every time - just like a charm......
