History lesson: CIA mind bending program



Former patients of Montreal's Allan Memorial Institute and their families called on the Canadian government to intervene and push the U.S. government to settle a lawsuit in which the patients alleged their lives were ruined by a CIA-funded brainwashing program.

A largely unknown and forgotten story.
