Today Guantanamo is still open, the prisoners are still tortured there. Other similar prisons are still operating in Afghanistan and countless other places....and no one in the US government has been held responsible for these clear violations of human rights and constitutional law.
And in spite of all the available evidence the Congress and the president allow this all to continue - it is a corruption of spirit.
