Two protests on Saturday, July 27 - Bath & Wiscasset in Maine

 

 

We invite you to join us on July 27 for two important protests that day.

Protest at Bath Iron Works (BIW)
New destroyer 'christening' ceremony
Aegis destroyers built at BIW are now in the Asia-Pacific (porting at Jeju Island) aimed at China, in the Black Sea and Baltic Sea aimed at Russia, and in the Red Sea aimed at war-torn Yemen.

Near Red's Eats on US 1 at bridge

We'll have lunch in between the events at food vendors across from Red's Eats. Plenty of tables right on the river.

* Airshow protest in Brunswick on Saturday, August 3. The Air Force Thunderbirds return to the former Brunswick naval air station on August 3. We will protest this war-mongering event starting at 9:00 am. The Ideal Maine Social Aid and Sanctuary Band will be with us that day.
