Twenty people shaved their heads in Seoul and Gangjeong village. Sit-in overnight
protest and fasting started in front of National Assembly building in Seoul on November
29 against the government budget bill for Jeju naval base railroaded in
the defense committee only with the presence of the ruling party
members.
