US-NATO was prepping for war with Russia - February 2022

 

At the very time that Russia was preparing to begin their Special Military Operation in Ukraine in February 2022, the US-NATO were holding another in a series of war exercises called 'Cold Response' near the Norway-Russian border.

Obviously Moscow was quite aware of this war preparation happening. Was it not likely that Moscow understood that the west was on a crash course heading for war with Russia? 

For those who say that this war was 'unprovoked' by the US-NATO, it is a good idea you take another look at what you believe you understand and where you get your information.
