Scott Ritter: Someone who knows Russia





Scott Ritter joins Regis Tremblay to discuss the situation on the ground in Ukraine. 
 
Ritter also comments on Ukraine's President Zelensky who he says is not in power. He reads a script written by the CIA and MI6.
