U.S. using Philippines as trigger for war with China

Analyst KJ Noh on the near-miss war between South and North Korea and how it's possible the real thing will happen. 

The 3.6 million South Korean military is directly controlled by the U.S. which could set it off  'with a snap of its fingers.'  

U.S. ramping up the militarization of South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Guam, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand to be used as the proxies to initiate war with China.
