Trump vainly proclaims that 'Golden Dome' would stop a barrage of incoming missiles - many of which would be hypersonic and could evade the leaky umbrella over the US and Canada.    The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that the project would cost anywhere between $500 billion to several trillion dollars over the course of the program. How could our children afford to pay for that provocative boondoggle?
