The US trains, arms, directs foreign proxies to do its fighting. Then threatens nuclear war if anyone suggests these big bad Green Berets (who lost badly in Vietnam and Afghanistan) ought to do their own fighting. 

Note how he says his troops have been inside Ukraine since the US orchestrated coup in 2014. What does that tell you?
