The US airdrop of food aid into Gaza on Saturday sparked criticism from Palestinians who called it inadequate and hypocritical when the US funds and supplies Israel’s military.
The Pentagon air dropped 38,000 MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat) for 2 million starving Gazans. That is, only if they can fish out many of the pallets that landed in the ocean which likely was done on purpose. The military knows how to do precision drops when they wish to do so.
Definitely a public relations gambit and nothing more.
