Giraldi: 'U.S. has become a war criminal'

 

Former CIA agent Phil Giraldi calls out the Neo-cons who are now running Washington (and NATO) foreign policy. 

He says the Neo-cons and members of Congress are financially rewarded by the war machine and Wall Street for keeping the wars going and the $$$$$$$$$ flowing.
