Nuland is married to Robert Kagan - one of the founders of PNAC (Project for New American Century). PNAC pushed the entry into the 'shock and awe' Iraq war.
Isn't it interesting how Nuland flowed from the Bush administration into the Obama and now Biden administrations? She is currently second in command at the State Department and continues to oversee the proxy war on Russia using Ukraine as the hammer.
What does that tell us about Neo-con domination of Washington's foreign policy process?
The Neo-cons are using NATO as a replacement for the United Nations. The un-democratic NATO (an instrument of the west) is 'free' to initiate war$ and regime changes when ever they wish rather than going to the UN Security Council and have China and Russia veto their war making operations.
