From these facilities the U.S. can launch first-strike attack nuclear capable Tomahawk cruise missiles followed by interceptor missiles that would attempt to take out Russian retaliatory responses.
McGovern reminds us that Biden's policy today is constant escalation in Ukraine and at various NATO bases now encircling Russia.
