A military road is currently under construction in Gangjeong village, Jeju Island, South Korea.
This is the 500 year old fishing and farming village that is being torn apart as the US forced the construction of a naval base to port warships moving to the Asia-Pacific as part of Washington's 'pivot' to encircle China and Russia.
Don't forget that Korea borders both Russia and China.
