Bruce Gagnon is coordinator of the Global Network Against Weapons & Nuclear Power in Space.
He offers his own reflections on organizing and the state of America's declining empire....
The commercial societal overlords are urging people to be lazy. Really Lazy. Buy everything ready made and or nuke in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. "use the auto complete rather than type out real words one letter at a time". LOL and OMG our species all the way to hell. Most americans sadly don't know how to even hold a hoe, That could be disastrous. Seriously, as opposed to Casually or Trivially disastrous. The narrator on the Official American Olympics program repeatedly calls any deductible misstep as "tragic" WTF? Dude fell on his butt on the ice, big deal. The least painful or destructive way to fall.
Likewise with the garden tools, especially your human brain. If you do it right you don't hurt yourself. Holding a hoe the wrong way you could literally be fatal. And wear a hat, the spring and summer sun is NOT your friend. No, it's not easy work but it has few risks and lots of benefits. And water is God's own private brand of soda-pop. You'd be dismayed to think how many people get that simple bit WRONG so I often try not to think of it.
"against stupidity, the gods themselves contend in vain".
ReplyDeleteBloomberg reported that the gross GLOBAL debt as 270 trillion dollars and the gross GLOBAL wealth at 75 trillion. And $70T is in government hands.
Meaning, not very well hidden, Military actions.
I need to either a) find a bunch of How To videos on how to use a hoe, rake and shovel and plant seeds. or b)create the videos myself.
