Judge dismisses Aegis 9 civil disobedience case in Bath!

Bruce Gagnon commented on Judge Billings' ruling to dismiss all charges against all eight defendants present in the court today: "The judge said the Bath Police Department was outsourced to BIW. That is not how it is supposed to work. The city has to consider the bigger picture."

He also said, "The police do not have unfettered discretion."
