Could it be considered that the US understands that arming all sides in the Middle East creates chaos which then heightens arms sales profits and allows Israel to justify smashing the Palestinian people?
America's job #1 in the world today is 'security export' and is very good at it. Increasingly we find that the economies of most states and local communities are dependent on military production.
We've become a killer nation.
Isn't it time we got serious about converting the military industrial complex - let's build rail systems and a solar society. It won't happen unless the people repeatedly demand it.
