2:30 pm Leave for Vandenberg AFB

4:00 – 5:00  Vigil at Vandenberg AFB

6:30 – 7:30  Dinner at Casa San Ysidro house

11:15 – 12:00 Presentation by Bard Wormdal (Norwegian journalist) on his book The Satellite War

12:00 – 1:30  Lunch and awards

2:30 – 3:15 Presentation by Tamara Lorincz (Canadian activist) on Conversion & Demilitarisation

3:30 – 4:15 Presentation by Masaki Toda (Japanese activist) on US X-Band “missile defense" radar being deployed in Kyoto region.

5:00 – 5:45 pm  Dinner

6:15 pm Move to Trinity Episcopal Church (1500 State Street)
