A DAY ON THE STREET
In the protest movement popularity contest, Occupy Wall Street is whupping the Tea Party.
The demonstrations against big banks has a 54% favorability rating compared to the conservative group's 27%, according to a new Time magazine poll.
A sizable number - 23% - said they didn't know enough about the Wall St. protesters to make a decision.
NYC Mayor Bloomberg has ordered that the occupation of Zuccotti Park end at 7:00 am tomorrow in order for the city to "clean" the park. On top of that the city is now going to ban sleeping bags, tarps, and sleeping in the park which would essentially kill the occupation.
The shit is ready to hit the fan.
You can show support by calling Mayor Bloomberg at 212-NEW-YORK (or New Yorkers can call 311) asking him not to interfere with Occupy Wall Street.
