Russia recognizes the Independence of Donbass Republics

President Putin (urged on by the State Duma-parliament) declares the independence of the two Donbass Republics, Donetsk and Lugansk. 
 
There is now a mutual security agreement. Game changer.
 
What will Washington and NATO now do? 
 
 
 
I thought I heard that daddy Biden was tough on drug crimes - wants them in prison.
