Ukraine complains they are not getting enough Russian money

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin: There is a chance to use the Ukrainian gas pipeline network in the future. 

We want this to happen, but goodwill from our Ukrainian partners is required. 

Putin says that if Ukraine would develop good relations with their own citizens in the Donbass region they'd not have to waste so much money on their war against the Russian-ethnic Ukrainians along Russia's border.
