It is the U.S. provocative actions that have led to the escalating tensions across the Taiwan Straits, and the United States should and must bear full responsibility for this, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said Tuesday in response to the U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi's possible visit to China's Taiwan region.
