The collapsing US military & economic empire is making Washington & NATO even more dangerous. US could not beat the Taliban but thinks it can take on China-Russia-Iran...a sign of psychopathology for sure. Russian arms control expert on relations between Moscow & Washington



Arms control expert, and member of the Russian Academy of Military Science who has worked on arms control issues since the 1970s, Vladimir Kozin made this presentation during the Global Network Russia study tour in Moscow last spring.

Kozin has much to say about the US pullout of the INF Treaty.

He also spoke at a Global Network annual conference in Kiruna, Sweden in 2013.

We like him alot.
